I write about the relationship between Evelyn Gardner and Evelyn Waugh in Evelyn! Rhapsody for an Obsessive Love.
Turned out there was a lot more to say, so I've devoted a numbers of pages to the couple here. It starts by introducing Evelyn Gardner in her own words.
This section was basically put together in 2014. In 2018 I've added the letters from She-Evelyn and Pansy Lamb to a mutual friend of theirs. Which means that 'Introducing She-Evelyn', 'Four Go Mad in Dorset' and 'Canonbury Square, 1928' becomes a trilogy about a foursome.
